Hello, I'm Dominic Rödel

I'm a hands-on Design Leader and Design Manager working across Europe and remotely to the US.

I lead design teams at Microsoft and Miro, with 17 years of experience across design agencies, enterprise-scale businesses, and “hyper-growth” stage startups.

My products reach millions of users daily. My expertise ranges from physical interaction design in the medical sector to communication and online-collaboration tools at Microsoft and Miro, where I design for AI and knowledge management scenarios.
